Youth Ministries: 8th – 12th grade
Our youth group meets on Monday and Wednesday evenings with the Youth Shelter opening at 3:00pm. Because Bethlehem is located close to the schools, the youth are able to walk over to church. Pizza and soda are available at a minimal charge. Youth have time to complete school work, participate in board games, and other activities before beginning our Bible study. Bible study starts at 5:00 PM on Mondays. Worship starts at 6:00 PM on Wednesdays followed by Bible study. Our interactive lessons are taken right from the Bible and mostly pertain to the issues today’s youth may experience. Afterwards, a free ride home is available to all students.
BIBLE APP
We encourage all youth to download the Bible app (YouVersion). This is a great way enhance our walk with God and a positive use for our electronics. The app had been updated greatly to allow for an interactive experience. We would love for our youth to interact with us on the app so we may all grow together.
Special Events
Our youth also participate in a variety of special events. We hope to promote a sense of community between our youth by participating in activities that glorify God. Some of our events have included: Lifest, Winter Retreat, cookouts, youth mission trips, and fundraisers. We also help with other projects throughout the community. In addition to this, our youth group sponsors a child through Compassion International. We are welcoming to ALL youth, not just those who attend our church.
